WELCOME TO MUSIC LICENSING:

When you license music from us, you will receive a high-quality WAV or AIFF file. Let us know what length you need the music for your project (up to 59 minutes.) We will create a seamlessly looped high-quality audio file delivered to you via Dropbox, with all the details about the file as text and included in the file itself as metadata.

With a music license, you can use music for:

a) Using Music For Guided Meditations

This license can be applied to use this music track as background music for your guided meditation. Examples include:

Terms and conditions:

• This track can be applied to ONE end product.
• The end product can be sold in the form of CD or digital download.
• The music track can be modified by the licensee.
• The music track cannot be used in more than one guided meditation.
• The guided meditation can be shared on social media and freely monetized.
• Credit must be given in the form of:

b) Using Music for Your Business Setting

This license can be applied to use this music track as background music in a business setting, either in a physical space or telephonically (music when placed on hold during a support call). Such examples of this application include spas, medical practices and yoga studios.

Terms and conditions:

• This track can be used in ONE business establishment.
• The music track can be modified by the licensee.
• Where applicable, credit must be given in the form of: Music by SomaHarmonics, Bona Dea Music, Liz Larin (ASCAP) & Arcello, Bona Dea Publishing (ASCAP)

 

c) Using Music for Your Mobile Application or Game

This license can be applied to use this music track as part of a mobile app or mobile game. Common applications include meditation apps, yoga apps and mobile games.

Terms and conditions:

• This track can be applied to ONE end product.
• The music track must form part of an end-product where the music is not the sole offering of the app.
• The music track can be modified by the licensee.
• The music track cannot be used in more than one mobile application.
• Credit must be given in the form of: Music by SomaHarmonics, Bona Dea Music, Liz Larin (ASCAP) & Arcello, Bona Dea Publishing (ASCAP)

 

d) Using Music for Your Social Media VIDEO

This license can be applied to use this music track as part of a social media video, including YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.

Terms and conditions:

• This track can be applied to ONE end product or video.
• The video which makes use of the music track can be monetized.
• Credit must always be given, as below.
• No downloads are to be offered, under any circumstances.
• No commercial use in the form of re-selling.
• No uploads on Soundcloud or any other music streaming platform under any circumstances.
• Accepted channels: YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, (TikToc?)
• You can NOT upload our original video you must make your own original video using our music.
• You cannot use our thumbnails / images within our video on your published video.
• You cannot, under any circumstances use our name or likeness of our brand name and brand names or trademarks or logos/images for your channel or social media name accounts. (You cannot impersonate SomaHarmonics or any other channel to get more likes or business.)
• We do not allow use for the following purposes: pornography, any political, religious, hate campaigns or racial opinion video productions, anything that depicts the killing or mistreatment of human beings or animals or discrimination of any type.
• Your content must be transformed in such a way that it is different to the content on the SomaHarmonics YouTube channel, or Liz Larin Channel, and the music is not the only focus of the channel.
• This license covers ONE YouTube channel, and the Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages for the same brand. YouTube channel URL must be provided in order to whitelist the channel.
• SomaHarmonics will be responsible for whitelisting your channel and clearing any copyright claims made by the Content ID system in relation to the content licensed, however we cannot be held responsible for other third-party claims nor your channel’s ability to be accepted into the YouTube Partner Program and pass the monetization review.

Credit must be given and should always contain the information below – within the description of the video.

e) Using Music for Your Short Film or Documentary

This license can be applied to use this music track as part of a short film or documentary that is under 1 hour in length.

Terms and conditions:

• This track can be applied to ONE short film or documentary.
• The music track can be modified by the licensee.
• Credit must be given in the form of: Music by SomaHarmonics, Bona Dea Music, Liz Larin (ASCAP) & Arcello, Bona Dea Publishing (ASCAP)

 

Our ‘no refund’ policy:

Once you have received your order and confirmed all tracks are in working order, we cannot provide a refund due to the digital nature of the product. All sales are final.
